IBPS signature requirements
IBPS applications ask for your signature in black ink on white paper, 140 × 60 pixels, between 10 and 20 KB, as a JPG. Signatures in capital letters aren’t accepted.
Sign on plain white paper with a black pen, take the photo in good light, and crop it close around the signature before you start.
Requirements can change from one notification to the next. These settings match the published IBPS requirements as of October 2026, but always check the official notification for your exam and change the numbers above if they differ.
My signature came out smaller than 10 KB. Will it be accepted?
AcornDoc pads small JPGs with empty space inside the file to reach 10 KB, without changing the picture, so the portal’s size check passes.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Take a photo of your signature, crop it in your phone’s gallery, then choose it here.
Is my signature uploaded anywhere?
No. It’s resized inside your browser, and the new copy doesn’t include location or camera details.
