What to write about

Something didn’t work: tell us which tool you used, what you expected and what happened instead. Your browser and device (for example “Chrome on Windows” or “Safari on iPhone”) help a lot.
A tool you’d like: tell us what you were trying to do, and we’ll see whether it can be done privately, in your browser.
Privacy or legal questions: about our Privacy Policy or Terms of Use.

Please don’t send your documents

We never need your files to help you, and we’d rather not receive personal documents by email. If a PDF won’t open or comes out wrong, describe the problem instead, or send a copy with nothing private in it.
